Lead Generation/Business Development

If you have a talent for lead generation and business development, there could be a place for you on the Versatile team.

The ideal person will be responsible for market research, generating leads and engaging new clients in various countries for Versatile’s services; including mentoring, coaching and training in the following core areas: Management 3.0, Innovation Management, R&D Management, Agile, Lean, Lean Startups, Cultural Compatibility, Leadership Development, Change Leadership, Leadership Innovation, and Leadership Pipeline Development.

Spoken and written fluency in English and Spanish is a must and a facility in other European languages would be an awesome extra.

Collaboration type : Fixed + Commission or Commission or Contract.

Start Date : Earliest possible

Location : Barcelona, Spain (preferred, but we’re open to persuasion and remote working).

Member of Advisor Board.

We are seeking new members for our Advisor Board. Join our Advisor Board!

The role of our Advisor Board is to assist us to improve our service portfolio and to help us connect to new clients.

We are particularly interested in hearing from potential Advisor Board members that have extensive experience in the following areas:

  • IT Leader / Leadership as CIO/CTO or equivalent
  • Finance / Fund raising as CFO or equivalent
  • Former Big 4 Accounting / Management Consultancy Partner Level or equivalent
    Enterprise B2B SaaS Sales Director or equivalent
  • Education / Academia at Board / Vice Chancellor level or equivalent
  • Public Service / Central Government at Board / Advisory Level or equivalent
