Whole Scale Change
Saket is certified in Whole Scale Change by Paul Tolchinsky, one of the co-creators of the methodology. Fewer than ten certified Whole Scale Change trainers work anywhere in the world, and Saket Bivalkar is the only one who delivers the methodology in both English and Spanish. He applies it inside Versatile Consulting’s change management engagements and teaches it in public three-day programs.
LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®
Saket is a certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method Facilitator. The method uses physical modeling to surface how people in an organization actually understand it, which often reveals disagreement a leadership team did not know it had. Saket Bivalkar integrates it into Whole Scale Change sessions and leadership workshops.
Leadership Development
Saket Bivalkar personally developed the Versatile Leadership Framework, a framework for leadership development and leadership pipeline design, published in full at VersatileLeadership.net. It builds on his work as a Management 3.0 trainer, a course on how managers create the conditions for teams to work well, which he has delivered in India, including a program with Innovation Roots in January 2015, and in Spain in 2015 and 2016.
European Organisation Design Forum
Saket Bivalkar served on the Board of Directors of the European Organisation Design Forum (EODF), a European network of organization design practitioners, and was its Country Lead for Spain from 2016 to 2020.

Has worked in organizational transformation for more than 25 years, across large global enterprises and early-stage companies. His engagements have taken him to Spain, India, the United States and Saudi Arabia, and his work has concentrated in technology, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals and travel.
He founded Versatile Consulting in India in 2003 and established the Spanish practice in Barcelona in 2014. Versatile Consulting has since delivered more than 100 engagements, working as a small core team supported by an international network of practitioners.
Frameworks and methods
Saket is the author of KNOM, the Knowledge Network Operating Model, designed for organizations where value is created through networks of expertise rather than fixed reporting lines.
He is also the author of the Versatile Leadership Framework, a framework for leadership development and leadership pipeline design, which underpins Versatile Consulting’s leadership development and succession planning work.
Versatile Consulting also works with the digital twin of an organization, a concept introduced by Gartner in 2017. Versatile Consulting applies it as a design practice, not a software platform: modeling how an organization actually operates so that structural changes can be tested before they are rolled out. Saket Bivalkar uses this approach in operating model and AI transformation engagements.
